The Sales Skills for Non-Sales People workshop covers the key steps in the sales process, from setting objectives and prospecting techniques, to overcoming objections and closing the sale.
Tutorials, group discussion and role-play will present and reinforce the most important sales skills, including:
Why people buy and who they buy from
Sales objectives and pre-meeting planning
Questioning techniques and qualification criteria
Telephone prospecting techniques
Pipeline management and CRM
Sales objections and how to overcome them
The most powerful word to use in Sales (and what not to say)
Negotiation techniques and how to avoid discounting
Identifying buying signals and how to Close without sounding too salesy
All successful delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance, training manual and have access to additional telephone support for 30 days following completion of the workshop.
This workshop can be delivered as a group session or as a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions. The content can be tailored to meet the specific training objectives and experience of the delegates.
