Stage 2 – Recruitment. Assisting during the interviews in order to help identify the best candidates for the sales / business development role.
Stage 3 – Sales Coaching/Mentoring. Providing effective and motivational coaching to ensure that sales processes and skills are embedded. This will include both strategic coaching to ensure progress with specific prospects and tactical coaching to improve selling skills. Mentoring ensures that best practise is shared within the team and that the learning curve is shortened.
